In 8 weeks, be on a work path that doesn't require a double espresso to start the day. One that gives more than it takes and is built around what you need right now:
The flexibility to breathe. The income that doesn't make you sweat. The meaning that makes it worth it. The say over how you work, which is the thing you actually left for.
No more endless "figuring it out." You'll:

A free live workshop. Walk out knowing exactly how many months your money buys, the real reason you've filled four journals and still haven't moved, and the one small thing you're doing about it next week.
Thursday, September 17 · 8pm CET · live on Zoom · replay goes to everyone who registersYou've been avoiding the money math because it feels like opening a report card. So we'll do it together. For most women the number is kinder than the dread, and even when it's tight, tight-and-known beats vague-and-terrifying. Every time.
And if you've quietly filed this under "only possible with family money or a partner covering rent": that's either a ghost story or a math problem with a workaround. Worth finding out which.
Can't yet name what's next? Good. That's the season this is built for. Direction can't get a word in over 3am money math. We quiet the math first.

Even when it feels that way. Everything you've built, learned, navigated, and survived? That's not lost. It's raw material. This process takes a decade of skills, instincts, and hard-won expertise and remixes it into something that actually fits who you are now.
You're not starting over. You're reinventing, and that's a completely different thing.
Most coaching focuses on mindset or strategy, treating change as something you can "think your way into." That doesn't work. Here's what does:
This approach draws on agile and design thinking, leadership coaching, organizational psychology, somatic practices, and neuroscience, all woven into a grounded, practical method that actually moves you forward.
Resourcing
We build the floor before we build the dream.
Most career coaches ignore the money question. I don't. We start with your runway, honestly, your levers, and a bridge income that keeps you stable while you figure out what's next, because you can't think clearly about your future while you're panicking about your bank account. And money is only the first layer of the floor: energy, capacity, support, how regulated you actually feel. When your nervous system is overwhelmed, clarity disappears and every decision feels urgent or impossible. That's physiology, not mindset. No strategy lands while your system is in threat mode.
Identity
Nobody warns you: a career pivot is also an identity pivot.
And underneath most stalls sits one block: visibility. If they can see you try, they can see you fail. They can judge. So the prepared woman keeps preparing, because research mode is the one place nobody can watch. We work that directly. Every week you micro-dose your edge: one move that scares you a little, sized so your nervous system doesn't veto it. Each rep widens your window of tolerance, and inside a wider window you become what no journal can make you: more self-trusting, more willing to risk, able to hold uncertainty without needing it resolved by Friday, willing to be seen mid-becoming.
Direction
We find the path by walking it, not by planning it.
I use a methodology called Safe to Try. Small, real-world experiments across three pilot directions that generate actual data about what fits your life. Not more research or another spreadsheet of options. You can't think your way to the answer. You can experiment your way there.
These aren't three separate workstreams. Each one feeds the others: the floor makes the experiments possible, the experiments build the self-trust, the self-trust widens what you're willing to try. That's the system.
"I was surprised by how much clarity emerged once my priorities and non-negotiables were actually surfaced and structured. Ashley helped me make sense of them, trust my decisions, and move forward into a next career chapter that aligns with my values and the flexibility I need as a mother."Giulia Lorenzini Re-entering the workforce after maternity leave
Eight concrete deliverables. Not promises: actual things you will have built, tested, and can use after the cohort ends.
Not just what you'll be doing, but how you want to be working, what environments you thrive in, and what kind of work actually fits this season of your life. Chosen actively, not passively.
A practical map of you at work: the conditions where you thrive, the ones that trip you up, and the patterns behind the trip-ups. Built from your own history, in your own words, and turned into the spec for what you design next: which clients, which pace, which room. Not a personality quiz.
Not one vague idea. Three real directions, from practical-tactical to the one that lives in the back of your head at 2am, all mapped, experimented on, and run through your Hell Yes Filter against real data.
Your runway number, clear and honest. Your transferable skills mapped to real bridge income options, matched to where you actually are financially.
Your personal decision instrument for any real choice: a job offer, a bridge gig, a pilot direction. Three layers: the Floor (your non-negotiables, pass/fail), the Compass (what feeds who you are and this season), and the Body (the final say). Built from your own values and history, printed on one sheet, yours for every fork in the road after this one.
The strength that built your career, and the blocks it casts when it runs unsupervised. Named, reframed, and worked on weekly: every micro-dose of your edge is a rep against the block. Not fixed in 8 weeks, that's deeper work, but visible, interrupted, and no longer running the show.
For the 3am spirals. For when the responsible brain tries to kill the interesting idea before it had a chance. Five minutes can change more than you'd expect.
Everything from the 8 weeks integrated into one actionable plan: direction, bridge income, 90-day timeline, User Manual, work patterns, and your Hell Yes Filter for the next fork in the road. Not a vision board.

I won't sugarcoat this. It's called a sprint for a reason. Intense, yes. Worth it? Summer camp pinky promise. 🤞

That week's teaching, to watch or listen before we meet. School run, dishes, walk: it travels.
the backbone
90 minutes, six women, real time. We take the week's work and shape it to your actual situation, in the room.
the doing, together
Cameras on, heads down. We do the exercises side by side, because the doing is where everyone gets stuck alone.
weekly ritual
One small move that scares you a little, sized so your nervous system doesn't veto it. Sent, said, or shipped before the weekend.
10 quiet minutes
Your weekly read in the tool: energy, values honored, wins banked. Evidence accumulates so momentum stops being a feeling and becomes a record.

🌿 hi there, I'm ashley
I'm hell-bent on helping women drop the mask and build meaningful work that leaves them buzzing for more. Work that refuels their entire lives. Work that gives more than it takes. (yes, it's possible!)
I created what's next because I lived the exact gap it closes. I did everything "right": saved diligently for over a year (my hack was going sober in NYC, great for the account, arguably less fun), planned a cinematic six-month sabbatical, and quit in December 2019. LOL. Timing. Then came the part nobody planned for me: I stalled. Six months quietly became a year of bright-colored moleskins, endless ideas, multiple certifications, and zero action. I was terrified that if I pivoted and it didn't work, I'd look flaky, lost, foolish. So I hid.
Eventually I got curious about why. Not just emotionally, physiologically. Years of digging into the neuroscience of change, behavioral psychology, and somatic work later, I understood the thing most career advice skips entirely: your nervous system has a say in whether you move forward. If it doesn't feel safe, no amount of strategy, journaling, or motivation will override it.
The other thing I found in the wreckage: I'd spent over a decade in New York's agencies and startups leading teams through agile, iterative development. Testing, learning, adjusting, shipping before ready. I'd just never thought to point those tools at my own life. That approach, experiments over master plans, is the engine of this program.
The women I work with aren't starting from scratch. They're capable, conscientious, and accomplished. They learned how to succeed by being dependable, pleasing, and prepared for every outcome. That strategy worked, until it didn't.
Everything in this program, I learned by falling first. Nobody sat me down and explained that a pivot is iterative rather than a straight shot, or that you have to resource yourself to survive the winding part, or that you'll have to become someone new along the way. I found it all the hard way, out of order, mostly by getting it wrong first. The mess became the method. Now the method is yours without the year of circling.
Because when work fits, it doesn't drain you. It feeds you.
The strength that built your career is also your biggest reinvention asset, and probably the thing in your way right now. Take the free Career Reinvention Superpower Quiz to find the pattern and get one concrete move to start working with it, not against it.
3 minutes. Your superpower named. Its shadow side reframed. One move for this week.
